Terms & Conditions:

  1. Reservations are not required but are suggested during peak weekends.  Reservations require prepayment.
  2. Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am
  3. No smoking allowed in the rooms, restaurant or store.
  4. No pets
  5. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  6. Guest are responsible for any damages to rooms.
  7. Free parking is available near the rooms and on the other side of the restaurant.
  8. Lost key fee is $5.00
  9. Stairs are present and no elevator is available for the Suite and Condo
  10. Valid credit card and photo ID required upon check in
  11. Cancellation Policy:  There is a $5.00 fee per credit card transaction for any motel booking cancellation.  If you book five rooms and pay with one credit card, it is $5.00 to cancel all the rooms.  You must cancel within 48 hours of arrival date in order to receive a refund less the $5.00 fee.  All rooms cancelled less than 48 hours of arrival and no shows will not receive a refund.
