Cancellation Policy for Motel Bookings There is a $5.00 fee per transaction for any motel booking cancellation.  If you book five rooms and pay with one credit card it is $5.00 to cancel all the rooms.  You must cancel your reservation within 48 hours of arrival date in order to receive a refund less the $5.00 fee.  All rooms cancelled less than 48 hours of arrival and no shows will not receive a refund.
